Randaberg Group's HSEQ Manual regulates and sets the standards for all our activities.
The manual is based on the requirements of Internkontrollforskriften (Norwegian Regulation for Internal Control) and relevant international standards, and provides the overall guidelines for managing Health, Safety, Environment and Quality in Randaberg Group.
The company's HSE management system shall be approved and certified in accordance with OHSAS 18001:2007 and NS-EN ISO 14001:2004.
Methods of management and control of critical and quality related activities are established by documented procedures, instructions, guidelines and other controlling documents approved by relevant department managers.
Project managers establish HSE plans for the individual projects and their spesific requirements.
Safety includes all actions protecting health, safety, environment and products, as well as the company's and our clients' property.
Managment commitment go hand in hand with employee participation. We strive to organize the HSE work in a way that conveys the importance of good practices and mental awareness in this area and allows for sound internal communication to maintain safety through all stages of our production.
